Download the ReelDrama app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit reeldrama.ai. Tap "Sign Up" and create your account using your email, Google, or Apple ID. It takes less than 30 seconds.
Yes! ReelDrama is free to download and most content is free to watch. Some premium series may require coins to unlock, which can be purchased in-app. We also offer optional subscription plans for an ad-free experience.
ReelDrama is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad, iOS 15+), Android (API 26+), and web browsers at reeldrama.ai. Our content is optimized for vertical (9:16) viewing on mobile devices.
Watching & Streaming
Each episode is 30–60 seconds long, designed for quick, binge-worthy viewing. A typical series has 50–100 episodes, so you can enjoy a full story arc in bite-sized chunks.
Yes! Premium and subscribed users can download episodes for offline viewing. Look for the download icon on any episode. Downloaded content expires after 30 days or when your subscription ends.
Check your internet connection first. If you're on cellular, ensure video streaming is enabled in your phone settings. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, clear the app cache in Settings > Storage > Clear Cache.
Go to Settings > Video Quality. You can choose Auto (recommended), High (1080p), Medium (720p), or Low (480p). Auto adjusts based on your connection speed for the smoothest playback.
Coins & Payments
Coins are ReelDrama's in-app currency used to unlock premium episodes, send gifts during live sessions, and access exclusive content. You can purchase coin packages in the app.
Go to your profile > Wallet > Buy Coins. Select a package and complete the purchase through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your linked payment method. Coins are added to your account instantly.
Refund requests for coin purchases are handled through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Go to your purchase history in your store account and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Used coins cannot be refunded.
We offer two plans: Basic (ad-free viewing + 50 bonus coins/month) and Premium (ad-free + offline downloads + 200 bonus coins/month + early access to new series). Visit Settings > Subscription to compare plans.
Account & Security
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, watch history, and coin balance after a 30-day grace period. During the grace period, you can log back in to cancel the deletion.
